The first 9 in. of conveyer is 6.5 in. wide The next 2 ft. of conveyer is 3 in. wide plus the 6.5 in. Making 9.5 in. The next 3 ft. of conveyer is 6.5 in. wide plus the 9.5 in. above Making 19 in. The single file conveyer is 3.5 in. by 9 ft. There is one drive on the entire system.
