Overall dimensions for chiller: 234.5 in. L x 46 in. W x 72 in. H. This unit was the East Campus Chiller running two dorms at Duke University. A third dorm was added and this unit alone was not large enough to run all three dorms and Duke did not have room in their building for two installed chillers, therefore they removed this chiller and replaced it with one larger chiller.
