Inner liner is Type 304 stainless steel with large radius corners and a No. 4 finish for sanitation and cleaning ease. Standard exterior is carbon steel. 20 in. W x 16 in. H manway door includes product sampling valve. Optional feature included is the Mueller Temp-Plate heat transfer surface which provides consistent temperature control. One 60 in. L x 18 in.
