SU-Series Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger. 2-Pass design with 316 stainless steel head. Approximate area heat exchange surface area: 18 sq. ft. (22) tubes of inner dimensions: 4 ft. 11 in. L x 5/8 in. dia. Outer dia. of tube: ¾ in. Inlets/outlets: (1) 4-1/2 in. flange with (8) ¾ in. mounting holes. 2-7/8 in. adjacent, 7-1/2 in. opposite. (1) 3 in. flange with (4) ¾ in. mounting holes. 4-1/4 in. adjacent, 6 in. opposite. (1) 3 in. S-line. (1) 1-1/2 in. FNPT. The SU-series tube bundles are of “U”-bend construction. This allows ample expansion or contraction for wide temperature variations. Tube spacers properly support and space each tube for maximum efficiency in steam condensing and drainage. Overall dimensions: 6 ft. 3 in. L x 1 ft. 4 in. W x 1 ft. ½ in. H. Unit has a leak when pressured tested.
