The system has a product feed flow rate of 18,580 pph 6 brix @ 140 °F producing 2,124 gph, product flow rate of 2,580 pph 72 brix concentrate @ 110 °F producing 228 gph, and evaporation rate of 16,00 pph producing 1,921 gph. This is a complete system to include all sanitary pumps, preheaters, and controls. It was completely gone through in 1998 [ new plates, gaskets, and essence system ], was last running fruit juice for concentrate, and is in excellent condition.
